Made of high-quality Q235 steel, our light poles feature excellent shaping and welding capabilities. Every welding joint is meticulously processed and ground through a three-stage quality inspection to ensure no solder leaks.
The poles undergo hot-dip galvanization, creating a dense zinc layer that resists oxygen and chemical corrosion. This is especially effective in coastal areas, preventing salt erosion and slowing the aging of the equipment. The final high-temperature spraying process ensures a tight, durable paint layer.
Our systems utilize high-grade Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) and Ternary Lithium batteries. These batteries undergo strict screening and grid testing to guarantee performance.
Key Differences: Lithium Iron Phosphate offers a significantly higher cycle life, supporting approximately 2000 cycles compared to 500 cycles for standard ternary lithium. While Ternary batteries perform well in cold northern climates, LiFePO4 is the superior choice for southern regions due to its thermal stability and longevity.

The lamp shells are constructed from die-cast aluminum, specifically designed for heat dissipation and IP65 waterproof/dustproof protection. Thicker materials are used to ensure structural strength and superior cooling efficiency.
We offer two types of LED technology: SMD beads and high-power beads. While lumens may appear similar, high-power beads provide slower light decay and a significantly longer operational lifespan.
